Sweet and Sour Garlic


  1. Remove part of the stalk of white garlic (processed) properly, then peel off two layers of skin, soak it in water for 7 days, change water once a day, then take it out to dry until the skin shows wrinkles fashioned in the altar.
  2. Sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and pepper are mixed into a juice and poured into the garlic jar, covered with a tight lid for about 30 days.
